CORE Residence is jointly developed by the world’s top 500 company – China Communications Construction Group and Malaysia’s leading company WCT Group. This project was created to co-create the TRX International Financial Center with TRX City. CORE Residence is also a product of OPPEIN following China’s “One Belt, One Road” strategy. It is the first business luxury apartment project in the International Financial Center, with a maximum of 50 floors and a height of 190 meters. A total of 3 buildings, 580 sets of serviced apartments in 2 buildings (T1&T2), 120 sets of serviced apartments in 1 building (T3).

CCCC is a long-term strategic partner of OPPEIN, and this project is also the first overseas cooperation project between OPPEIN and CCCC.
